Kevin is a native of Greensboro, NC and graduate of UNC-Chapel Hill. With childhood dreams of being in staffing the NBA, he shifted focus after four knee surgeries and the realization that a twelve-inch vertical wouldn’t suffice. Kevin began his recruitment career in contingent search where he saw success placing candidates at companies like American Express, Boeing, Caterpillar, and BNY Mellon. With a passion for connecting top talent with great companies, Kevin decided to pursue independent recruitment to best serve both clients and candidates. When not sourcing, you can most likely find Kevin on the golf course or talking about his beloved Tar Heels.
